Christopher McMorran
Partner & Chief Revenue Officer
Chris bridges traditional finance with modern solutions, helping founders and CEOs align capital strategy with operational execution. As Partner and Chief Revenue Officer at Keystone Advanced Solutions, he leads the firm's capital advisory practice, guiding clients through bank financing, SBA lending, treasury optimization, and acquisition funding while connecting that work to the financial infrastructure that supports it. With more than 18 years in commercial and private banking, including leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase and Flagstar Private Bank, Chris has supported the successful funding of over $500 million in loans to small and mid-sized enterprises. That experience gives him a rare vantage point: he knows how lenders evaluate businesses, and he prepares clients to walk into those conversations bank-ready, with clean financials, a clear credit narrative, and the right structure for their growth stage. His client work spans capital readiness and loan packaging, banking relationship strategy, cash flow and treasury management, exit planning, and M&A advisory. Whether a client is negotiating a credit facility, evaluating an acquisition, or restructuring their banking stack, Chris translates the complexity of institutional finance into decisions owners can act on with confidence. Chris has served as a judge for the Pepperdine Most Fundable Companies program, sits on the LA Business Journal Valley Business Advisory Roundtable, and serves on the boards of Big Brothers Big Sisters and Make-A-Wish Tri-Counties.
