As Vice President of Finance at Keystone Advanced Solutions, Shaun brings a wealth of knowledge from his role as Client Lead/Manager at Quercus Canyon Management, where he served as an outsourced CFO/Controller for a private equity fund with over $1 billion in assets under management. Earlier in his career, Shaun held senior finance positions—Controller and Assistant Controller—across a diverse range of industries including private equity, media production, landscape construction, and food distribution. He began his career at Arthur Andersen LLP in the audit and assurance practice, gaining Big 4 experience and later providing Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance consulting for public companies. Shaun specializes in fund administration and financial leadership, with a strong track record of supporting growth, ensuring compliance, and driving operational efficiency.
